1. Shipping Locations

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery (if applicable): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and seasonal demand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on order size, weight, and delivery option.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

6. Delivery Issues

Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may:

  • Attempt redelivery
  • Leave the parcel in a safe place
  • Deliver to a local collection point

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues or external factors.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged, or
  • Does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe

Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery with your order details.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Responsibility

Under UK consumer law, responsibility for goods remains with the seller until they are delivered to the customer.

9. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping is separate from our Returns Policy.

Under UK law, customers typically have a 14-day right to cancel online orders (with some exceptions), in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations
